Hello so I am 5'5 and 14 and a female. A couple months ago I started eating 600 calories a day. I was 108 lbs and wanted to lose 10 pounds. Well I lost 14 pounds and keep yo yo ing in the weight category. Now I am binge eating almost every day. I stopped weighing myself about a week ago. At the time I was 94 lbs. I have been exercising and being out in the sun alot. Do you think I have gained any actual fat? I have been eating 3000 calories two days in a row. I feel like a cow. So today I ate 600 calories and exercised. My stomach is huge and bloated. If I keep binging will I gain weight? I was 94 lbs and i binged every night an wasn't gaining weight but staying the same. Car Problems!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok so the other day i was driving on the highway and heard a wierd sound and my sterring wheel started shaking like crazy. i pulled over got out of my car and looked at the drivers side tire and three out of four of my lug nuts snapped off along with my studs!!! i ended up gettin my car towed home and bought four new studs as well as four new lug nuts and had them changed. I started driving it again for about twenty minutes and parked. got out and for some reason touched the lug nuts and it almost burned my hand off, i checked the passenger wheel and it was warm but not as hot. all the other wheels were normal so my question is, is what is causing my lug nuts to be scorching hot and does it have anything to do with my wheel almost comin off? im sure its related but im not mechanically inclined. i have no idea whats going on. any feedback is greatly appreciated. and by the way i have a 1989 honda civic hatchback if that helps.

Healthcare in England sucks. It's socialist or it's been nationalized. That's what Obama care is. Nationalized healthcare. Eventually, like in England, the government will tell you who to treat, how far that treatment can go and how much they will pay you for your services. (Hopefully Obama care will be repealed as unConstitutional). With socialized healthcare though, everybody has healthcare, (it will mandatory with Obama care), but the big question is WHEN you get it. That's one of the reasons people come from all over the world to the U.S., becasue they get diagnosed and treated ASAP. With socialized medicine, you may have to wait months for an MRI, or CAT scan or an operation. Just something you should also consider.

Not able to run in the heat?

Finally the weather starts getting better! today it was about 90 degrees which is considered scorching in Chicago. I am starting my training for over the summer for xc in the fall. Last year i came pretty close to going to state, so this summer I'm really going to push myself to get better. But today with the heat, I wasn't even able to run a solid 3 miles, my training for today actually was supposed to be 6. During the run, I just got really heated and my legs felt heavy. I had to stop a couple to times to walk. What should I do? I'm really frustrated that I wasn't able to get in my mileage. Thanks!

So I burned my throat smoking weed. I've been doing it on and off for a year now. It was out a bong. It wasn't a real big hit. It just scorched the **** out of my throat. Now I've got a sore throat. For the nasally singing, I suggest making sure you're singing with you're diaphragm (breath with your stomach and make sure your shoulders aren't moving when you do so), also try opening up the back of your throat (I'm not sure how to explain that one, you just have to experiment) and use a lot of air, and get a private teacher if you care that much about it, one could really help.

I have a scaled down image and have a cropping rectangle to select the new cropped image on a form. But I want the crop to come from the original image. How do I convert the selected region on the scaled down image to the original image that is not scaled down? This is being done with java. Seriously considering an eating disorder...?

I DONT want to have to deal with anorexia or bulimia, but I think it's impossible for me to lose weight!! For MONTHS, I've tried to lose weight, I always drink enough water, I eat healthy, I exercise daily, and all I see is the scale creep up, pound by pound. It's soo frustrating. I'm a normal weight, I just have some baby fat that I want to get rid of, and I would loove to be skinny. The only time I've seen any weight loss is when I barely ate anything for 3 days, I lost maybe 2 pounds. I just don't know what to do anymore and I'm kind of considering fasting...? Would fasting for 2 days a week help me lose weight?

Can i recess a metal firepit into a solid oak table without the table burning from the conductive heat ?

Try making a ring out of aluminum pipe or copper pipe maybe 1/2" pipe, big enough to fit loosly around the fire pit under the flange. Lay the pipe ring flat on a table and drill many holes in the top side and one large hole. Before lighting the fire pit, fill the pipe with water. The water will keep the pipe below 212 F or 100 C. You may need a skirt of aluminum between the inside of the wooden hole and the outside of the pit under the flange. Hang the skirt down about 2" below the bottom of the table. Maybe use copper and silver solder it to the pipe ring?

Recently, my high school made changes to the school dress code for next year as the following: the rules basically apply to girls: all shirts must have long sleeves whether they are worn under or over (so no tank tops, etc). The rule for shorts, skirts and dresses used to be that it had to pass the fingertips but now it has to pass below the knees. Nobody is happy with this new rule since we feel like a covenant now, but how would you see it? Where should I draw the line when shaving?

I have kind of a hate hate relationship with body hair. I personally find it gross and unattractive excepting only eyebrows and head hair. Can't stand it. Unfortunately there's a certain stigma to a male going scorched earth on his hair, specifically arms and legs. What I'm wondering is where it's relatively safe to draw the line. Is it okay to shave chest hair? Back hair? Armpits? Buttocks? Obviously the acceptability of different areas varies from person to person but I'm interested to know what you guys think. Thanks!

Tattoo advice ma'ams and sirs?

First of all, I'm still pretty young, so there is absolutely nothing set in stone. But I'm thinking of getting a tattoo when I'm older. More specifically, a very small infinity symbol on the side of my heel done in white ink. It wouldn't have any special design or anything like that, just a very simple tattoo. I would say to read the Gone series by Michael Grant. I cut my upper lip shaving 5 hours ago and it wont stop bleeding?

this is so annoying. i cut my lip just a little while shaving and a lot came out at the beginnning. i put pressure and stuff. ive been wearing a cotton ball for 3 hours now and i checked to see if it was bleeding. as soon as i took it off, the bleeding started again WTF! its scorching hot out, and i wanna drink a nice refresshing drink but of course theres a cotton ball stuck to my lip with a bandaid. is there any way to fix this? the cut is only like 3mm too! its the smallest thing idk man help me out!

Help! Breaker blew and half my house is dark?

Hello, a circuit that supplies my living room and rear of the house suddenly went dark. When I went to turn it back on, sparks and a huge HRRRRNG! buzz came out of the circuit breaker. Freaked me out, as you may expect. I inspected all the light switches and outlets on the circuit. One seemed bit scorched, so I replaced it. Tried to hit the circuit again, more sparks. Took the front off the electric box to look at the wires and buses, and everything looks fine. Short of calling an electrician I can't afford, any suggestions as to what I could be missing?

Why is my exhaust manifold overheating? 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier RS L4.?

I have a 1993 Chevy Cavalier RS. I just put a new battery in it today due to being dead and the car being out of commission for a year. I go o start it, it doesn't start, I give it a little gas and start it and starts right up then I let off the accel and it idles fine. I rev it for about 20 seconds and my mom and I see steam or smoke and I turn the car off really fast. The steam or smoke was coming from the exhaust manifold, It is scorching hot. I also replaced the heater core after this incident and I havent ran it since because I have work in the morning but I have been looking online and I am finding out it might be the head gasket........ Will the heater take care off this or is it the heater core, thermostat, or head gasket? And how do I find out? Without having to take it to a mechanic? and without taking anything apart IF POSSIBLE?

Seems you need to have this conversation with your husband, not me. I'd go for the inside washer...of course. Just tell your husband that he will have to do the laundry if you move in the smaller unit. Also I assume you have brought up the idea that doing your laundry in your apartment leaves you free to do other things while it is going but if you leave it at the laundromat, things could get stolen and you might have to sit there while it washes and dries. There is nothing better than a close washer and dryer...just makes life so much easier. Ask him if he would like to do the laundry while you cook or vise versa....Nice of him to make life harder on you. Stand up for yourself on this one. The larger apartment sounds better anyway.

get them all removed!! as soon as you can im 19 and got mine out a week ago and im already better your wisdom teeth are hard to brush if they do come up and if they don't they push against your other teeth causing them to move and get messed up it is not that bad getting them out just make sure you have some food for after the surgery (soft food) like mashed potatoes pudding protein shakes ice cream jello etc. and this was not painful at all for me they knock you out with gas so you wake up what feels like a second later and they're out the worst part was having the Gauss in your mouth which you have it in till you get home and then switch to clean Gauss for 30 Min's then that's all you have to have it in and get your pain medicine and take those when you get home too and i also recommend having some one there to drive you home because you probably will not be able to when you wake up for quite a while

I don't know how much this will help you for monday, but in the long run it does help. Take a deep breath, and basically say "aaaahhhh" or "ooooohhhh" trying to keep the same exact pitch until you run out of breath. "completely out of breath" doing this often, should help you to take bigger breaths which will help push more sound out from your diaphram. and also help in holding pitch. hope it helps.

What?! Why did I loose 10 pounds over night?

Please read my other question "why did I gain 5 pounds in 2 days" before you read this one. well i woke up yesterday and weighed myself and i was 105 naturally im 112 or 113 but lately ive been 116 or 117 and now im 105. usually i get into the ones ( like 105, 107, 108) when im sick but im not showing any signs of sickness. im a 14 year old girl and im 5 foot 2 inches in rather skinny compared to my friends but im not anorexic i dont even look that way. anyway, im a vegatarian and if you think i was or am pregnant no lol im a virgin. so if you could try to find and explanation i would be so less worried and no my scale is not broken i weighed mself again today and its the same. when i was like 117 pounds ( bout 3 days ago) instead of 112 ( bout 2 weeks ago) i tried the water weight theory: that if you drink alot of water the chub on my stomatch (that came out of nowhere and was never there before) and the extra like 7 pounds would go away well it wasnt working untill yesterday and now im 10 pounds less and i'm kinda scared is there something wrong with me?

I have very bad sickness feelings?

For the past 2 days, I have been feeling very, very achey. My whole body feels very achey and sore. I've also been having very bad headaches, and my throat hurts when I talk and swallow. One minute, I'd be very cold, even in warm environments, then the next minute, I'd be hot. I took a warm shower, and wrapped the towel around me, and the towel felt SCORCHING hot. What can I do to save my goldfish?

My goldfish is swimming sideways, losing scales, and turning white on the bottom. She lives in a tank with other mates but they dont pick at her. I put her into another "hospital" tank, but she doesnt improve. Of course, its only been a couple of hours but I believe she'll be gone by tomorrow. My car remote is malfunctioning?

I have a 2008 Hyundai Accent. It seems kind of weird but recently I have noticed that the remote to unlock the car doesn't want to work when it's really hot out.. this could just be coincidence, really.. but that's what it seems like to me. Always works in the morning and at night, but never during the day when it's scorching. Anyway. Yesterday the remote wouldn't unlock the car when I was leaving from work so I unlocked the door with the key. Then when I tried to turn the car off, the panic alarm went off when I turned it on. Not thinking, I turned the car off first and then turned the panic off (it turned off after I pushed the button about five times!). Then I turned the car on again and the same thing happened. This time I turned the car off just to see if it would do it again. A third time and the panic alarm went off when I turned the car on. Of course I kept the car on and turned the panic off that time. When I got home I turned the car off and back on just to test it and it turned on without it but the remote didn't lock the car. This morning when leaving for work the remote unlocked the car and the car turned on without the panic alarm. I am aware that the battery is probably dying in the remote but my real question is this: If I take the remote off of my key ring and leave it at home, will the panic alarm still go off sometimes when I am turning on the car? I don't want to be out somewhere with the panic alarm going off and no way to turn it off. I figured since it seems to be the remote battery causing the issue that if I leave the remote as far away from the car as possible, this won't be a problem. Am I right?

My mom refuses to take me to get my hair cut?

I haven't had my hair cut since September. My mom comments about my hair but she won't take me to get it cut. It is almost 2 feet long. I am going to the beach a lot this summer. In less than a month I will be near the equator so the sun will be scorching hot. I have told her multiple times that I need a hair cut but she doesn't see why. Even in just 90 degree weather I am burning up because of my hair. How can I convince her to take me to get it cut? I am 13 so I can't take myself.

Weird situation..I love a lot of Christian names but...?

I'm Jewish, my fiance isn't but I am. I'm not SUPER religious I am very spiritual but never ever go to temple or anything like that, and just having a non denominational wedding. My GE Electric stove is hot everywhere.?

I have a 10 year old GE electric range (coil type). When I turn the burner on, the entire stove gets hot, meaning, if I accidentally touch the front edge or any other part of the stove, I could get scorched. The only part that does not get hot is where the control knobs are (at the back). This happens even when the over is on and the burner is not. You'll be fine. Some of the electronic components in the scale may have gotten hot. If anything, there may be a miniscule amount residue left inside the microwave chamber which would cause the smell. Just give it a good cleaning. I'd use regular hydrogen peroxide after some soapy water just to be sure.

Even if the running wasn't tough it's never good to run then stand still. My track and cross country coaches always make us walk for awhile after our workouts to prevent problems like you had. I don't really know the technical problems for why it happens though. Maybe it's because your heart was still pumping really hard and your body wasn't moving enough to take in all the extra oxygen. Idk really haha

ok so im 15, 120 lbs, and 5'2. i have an eating dissorder. i was anerexic about a year ago, and even after recovering i started going back to wierd eating habits. well, now i have bulimia, and i hardly eat. ive had bulimia for a month but was eating alot so i didnt loose much wieght, but id say in the past 8 days, ive eaten around 1500 calories all 2gether. yet every time i eat i throw it up, it doesnt matter wat it is whether its a salad, soup, penut butter, or even celery i thow it up. so i dont know if u could say ive eaten 1500 calries or not. but ive lost wieght in matter of days becase my shorts fit looser and i was able to fit into size 1 shorts yesterday. i just cant eat, im scared too eat a full meal. i always eat half or just pick at it so my family thinks im eating something. i throw away food, the other day my bro got me a cookie and i threw it away secretly. ive stopped drinking sodas and diet drinks, i dont even drink my fav thing ever-coke zero. i stopped drinking coffee even tho im addicted to it, i switched to green tea w/ splenda. i do 2,000 jumps on a jump rope every day, 1,000 morning, 1,000 at nite. i also walk my dog on top of that in scorching summer heat. am i going to loose wieght qucikly? wats going to happen? its like i dont wanna go down this path, but i also do want too.im trying to loose the wieght in my thighs and butt mostly.
