Is this a c# major scale or a scale at all? its not in my scale book..C# – D# – F – F# – G# – A# – C?

Yes that is (functionally) the C# major scale with enharmonic substitution. Technically the F should be E# and the C should be B# (seven sharps in the key of C# Major). Ouch... just make it into a Db scale (five flats) and your head won't hurt as much!
