How's a girl supposed to look pretty when it's 100 degrees?

I can't stand to wear my hair down in the summertime because it makes me even hotter.I always put it in a high ponytail. But I look a lot better with it down. And there's no way I can wear my makeup with the scorching hot sun.. My eyeliner always smears etc etc. . Ugh I hate summer. And then with swimming you defintely can't wear makeup
