Where should I draw the line when shaving?

I have kind of a hate hate relationship with body hair. I personally find it gross and unattractive excepting only eyebrows and head hair. Can't stand it. Unfortunately there's a certain stigma to a male going scorched earth on his hair, specifically arms and legs. What I'm wondering is where it's relatively safe to draw the line. Is it okay to shave chest hair? Back hair? Armpits? Buttocks? Obviously the acceptability of different areas varies from person to person but I'm interested to know what you guys think. Thanks!
