I cut my upper lip shaving 5 hours ago and it wont stop bleeding?

this is so annoying. i cut my lip just a little while shaving and a lot came out at the beginnning. i put pressure and stuff. ive been wearing a cotton ball for 3 hours now and i checked to see if it was bleeding. as soon as i took it off, the bleeding started again WTF! its scorching hot out, and i wanna drink a nice refresshing drink but of course theres a cotton ball stuck to my lip with a bandaid. is there any way to fix this? the cut is only like 3mm too! its the smallest thing idk man help me out!
